Welcome aboard, Stefan Treiber!

Today marks an important milestone for Bickel & Company: Stefan Treiber joins our firm as Managing Director and Partner, strengthening the management team alongside founder Walter Bickel and his long-standing colleague Johann Spanner.

Stefan brings more than 25 years of experience in leading complex transformations and delivering sustainable value creation in international organizations across various industries.

Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Roland Berger IMPEX, where he was responsible for building and developing the interim management practice. In this role, he supported companies in demanding turnaround and transformation situations as part of the C-suite.

Stefan combines extensive operational leadership experience with a strong track record of turning strategies into tangible results – an approach that closely reflects the DNA of Bickel & Company.

As a boutique we focus on the implementation of transformation programs, turning underperforming businesses into top performers, elevating good businesses to excellence, and even restructuring organizations back to profitability.

Together, Walter, Johann and Stefan will now shape the firm’s next phase of growth and accelerate Bickel & Company’s international expansion.

Stefan’s appointment further reinforces Bickel & Company’s position as a trusted partner to private equity funds, lenders and corporate management teams seeking experienced executives who do not just advise from the sidelines, but take C-level responsibility and drive results from within the business.
