His implementation perspective sits at the core. From his years at Bickel & Company and Oliver Wyman, in transformation-focused work for manufacturing businesses across industries and situations, he knows where a company's value creation levers sit and how to convert strategy into execution — whether defining a new target operating model, driving make-versus-buy decisions, automating production, or streamlining SG&A.

His investor's perspective comes from his time at mid-cap growth investor EMH Partners, where he invested in and looked after three companies across healthcare, business services, and software. He understands how a private equity investor thinks about value creation and execution speed, and how to build an equity story toward a compelling exit.

His financing perspective runs across both: He built and negotiated a €1 billion refinancing for an industrials company and managed the dialogue with its lenders through a company-wide restructuring, and took part in financing discussions for new deals at EMH.
