Felix has more than 10 years of restructuring and turnaround experience.
Restructurings succeed when strategy, decisions, and execution come together. Felix delivers exactly that, uniting the three perspectives that create impact in a turnaround: The executive, the advisor, and the financier.
His executive perspective sits at the core. Felix takes on roles with full legal and operational responsibility across the commercial and finance functions while leading the restructuring itself. His aim is always to keep numbers, decisions, and execution in one hand—securing liquidity, rebuilding reliable financial control, and turning a restructuring plan into day-to-day reality rather than a slide deck.
His advisory perspective was shaped over around seven years at PwC in Business Recovery Services, where he managed turnaround project teams, set up project management offices, and supported CFO and CRO offices. He has led restructuring and performance programs to measurable impact—including a measures program steered to a €200 million earnings effect—and knows where the decisive cash and value levers sit and how to bring management, shareholders, and creditors behind a single plan.
His financing perspective runs across both: As CFO and CRO he manages the dialogue with banks and lenders directly and understands how a creditor thinks about risk, covenants, and the path back to a sustainable capital structure.
