Frederik combines deep restructuring expertise with a hands-on execution mindset, helping companies translate strategic concepts into measurable operational and financial results across the entire transformation lifecycle.

At Bickel & Company, he has led and supported restructuring and transformation projects with a strong focus on execution. Frederik brings a comprehensive restructuring toolkit encompassing business and liquidity planning, CEO/CRO Office leadership, PMO, SG&A cost reduction programmes, site consolidations, spin-offs and refinancing processes.

This execution-focused experience is built on a strong restructuring and transformation foundation developed at Alvarez & Marsal, where he specialised in operational restructuring and value creation. He supported companies in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives, gaining first-hand experience in converting strategic concepts into measurable operational impact.

Before Alvarez & Marsal, Frederik started his career at PwC, where he developed a solid foundation in turnaround situations through the preparation of IDW S6 restructuring concepts. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of corporate crises, stakeholder requirements, and the financial and operational drivers of sustainable transformation.
