Throughout his career, Manuel has supported shareholders, boards and management teams in complex restructuring and transformation situations across a broad range of industries. His experience spans performance improvement, carve-outs, liquidity stabilization, SG&A optimization and operating model redesign, with a consistent focus on creating transparency, aligning stakeholders and delivering sustainable operational improvements.

In addition to his advisory work, Manuel has held executive leadership positions, including CEO, CTO and transformation leadership roles. This combination enables him to bridge strategic decision-making and operational implementation, align stakeholders around a common objective and create the transparency required to drive successful transformations.
