He consistently combines transformation design with hands-on, fast implementation for sustainable results. Sikko’s industry expertise includes Mechanical Engineering, Health Care, Medtech, Hightech, Chemicals, EPNG and Multi Channel Retail.

Sikko’s track record of 10+ years in C-level and interim roles includes the transformation of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen as Head of Strategy & Business Excellence (CTO) and the turnaround of Weltbild designing and relentlessly executing a holistic restructuring plan as managing director. This operational depth is rooted in his 10+ years as Partner and member of the executive board at Droege Group, where he led restructuring and value creation programs with targeted M&A internationally across industries.
